Your data is important to you, so we present you our Privacy Policy which explains the processing we operate on visitor data, as required by the EU Regulation 2016/679, Art. 13 (aka GDPR).

The Association processes some visitor data only to satisfy their request to access the contents of our website.

Types of data being processed and purposes of the processing

Navigation data

Our site is hosted (in external hosting) on the servers of Aruba S.p.a.
All web servers on the Internet collect a series of data concerning the visitor, such as:

  • domain name and IP address of the computer or mobile device used;
  • operating system and browser configuration parameters relevant to navigation;
  • addresses of the requested pages;
  • requests submissions times and modalities;
  • sizes of the servers response files;
  • numeric code of the server response status (successful, error, etc.).

These are non-personal navigation data from which it is not possible to identify the user; they are collected only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning.
The hosting service of Aruba S.p.a. complies with the GDPR, as can be verified on these pages (both in Italian):


Cookies are files that sites store on the user's computer to implement authentication mechanisms, to remember browsing preferences, or to track user navigation.
Our site uses only:

  1. technical session cookies, identified by a random number generated by the server, necessary to allow a safe and efficient exploration of the site. These cookies are deleted when the browser is closed.
  2. a cookie that records the acceptance of the cookies themselves, so that the choice is not repeated to you each time you visit. This cookie is deleted 365 days after its generation.

Our site does not use cookies to transmit personal information, nor does it use so-called persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking and profiling users.

Personal data

The Association does not collect or process any personal data of site users.
Therefore, the rest of this policy applies only to the navigation data and cookies described above.

Optionality, obligation and consequences of refusal to provide data

The provision of navigation data is mandatory to satisfy the visitor's requests to use the contents of any site, including ours. The refusal to provide such data implies the technical impossibility to access the contents of the site itself.
Instead, it is possible to block the storage of cookies on your device in three ways:

  • permanently, acting on your browser preferences;
  • temporarily, opening a secure (or anonymous) browser window and using it to connect to our site;
  • explicitly denying the consent offered by our site.

Recepients, place of processing and transfer to third counties of the data

The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place in the data centers of the Aruba SpA company and its associated and subsidiary companies.
Navigation data will not be disclosed to third parties or transferred to third countries or international associations.

Period for which the data will be stored

The navigation data will be kept by Aruba SpA for the time necessary to fulfill the legitimate purposes for which they were collected.
The cookie storage period has already been illustrated in the relevant section.

Rights of data subjects

Recalling that the Association does not collect or process any personal data of the users of the site, we inform you that the GDPR, guarantees at nay time the following rights to the subjects:

  • the right to access personal data,
  • the right of rectification and erasure of personal data,
  • the right of limitation of the treatment and the right to object to it,
  • the right of withdrawal of consent,
  • the right of lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority: “Garante per la protezione dei dati personali”
